About Dan
Originally from Charleston and raised on the barrier island of Isle of Palms, I’ve always believed life is better near the water. I moved to St. Augustine in 2007 to attend Flagler College, earning a degree in Business and Finance, and later completed my MBA at The Citadel.
Before becoming a Realtor in 2017, I spent over five years as a Mortgage Loan Officer, giving me a strong foundation in the financing side of real estate. That experience allows me to guide my clients through the entire process with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand. My mission is simple: serve my community well, give honest advice, and make buying or selling a home feel smooth and straightforward.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll likely find me boating, golfing, fishing, or surfing — or spending time with my beautiful wife, two kids, and our black lab. Whether it’s anchoring at a local sandbar or escaping to our North Carolina mountain cabin, I believe home isn’t just a place — it’s a lifestyle. And I love helping others find theirs.
