About Jake
Jake Burchardi is a self proclaimed local legend and proud Jacksonville native whose roots in the Beaches community run deep. A Fletcher graduate, Jake had the privilege of returning to his alma mater as a teacher after earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Florida. Along the way, he also served as a lifeguard at Hanna Park and Neptune Beach, further strengthening his lifelong connection to the community he proudly calls home. His passion for serving others, combined with his firsthand knowledge of the Beaches, gives him a unique understanding of the people, neighborhoods, and coastal lifestyle that make this area so special.
Known for his relationship driven approach and passion for helping others, Jake has built his career around connecting with people, solving problems, and creating opportunities. His background in sales, negotiations, and client service has equipped him with the skills to guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with confidence, integrity, and a genuine commitment to their success.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys fishing, boating, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his family. His greatest accomplishment is the life he has built with his beautiful wife, Candis, and their two children, Logan and Penelope, who inspire everything he does.
