Sliding doors lead to the enclosed Florida room and there is a small fenced outside patio area. No washer or dryer hookups although it looks like it in the Florida room. They are not connected and will not work. No pets allowed. Only one guaranteed parking space per unit. Applicants with multiple vehicles would have to park the remaining off site.
