The foundation permit carries a $3 million estimate, and overall construction is projected around $30 million.
Project Timeline and Scope
Construction is expected to take about 18 to 24 months following final permit approvals. Meanwhile, site work and foundation activity have already begun, marking the first visible steps of this major addition to the Seven Pines community.
Once complete, the club will serve as Life Time’s first Northeast Florida location, expanding its footprint of luxury fitness and lifestyle destinations across the state.
